At the Mandarin Oriental in Paris, the Saint-Honoré seems to be pastry chef Pierre Mathieu’s masterpiece. Having already had the pleasure of judging his Lemon Cheesecake, we hold high expectations for this unusually constructed Saint-Honoré.
